Please inform me of your interest in getting animated artwork and we can discuss it in DMs or Emails. The initial charge will be 50% - 100% of selected commission type including any additional additional charges before then (Such as: Detailed Character, Character Design, Props).Prices may vary depending on range of animation, multiple actions, or introducing new artwork.

RULES AND TERMS OF SERVICE
Kagugle’s Commissions

General Information

I use PayPal for invoicing and payment.
My PayPal email is [email protected]I require visual references for designs.
I cannot work from description alone. You and I have different ideas of colors and styles. Failure to provide adequate references can lead to the commission being refused or an increased price.Do not use my artwork for commercial uses without explicit permission.
--Currently, commercial commissions will most likely be denied.Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the commission.**Special requests or situations that do not fall under any of my other rulings will be left up to discussion between the patron and myself. **

Additional Props/Trinkets, complex designs, and character designing will have individual charges each depending on chosen Style.
This includes:

Complex Armor Designs
Multiple, detailed accessories and/or trinkets
Outfits with multiple, specific patterns and layers
And other elements determined by artist
Designing your character

Payment

All prices will be in USD.
If you do not use USD currency, please use a currency converter to anticipate the price.Payment terms depend on the price of the commission.
Commissions over $50 will need to have half provided upfront.
Updates sent will be in a lower resolution with a large watermark.
The final image will be held until the purchase has been completed.
I do not have to accept every commission.I do not have to upload every commission.
Alternatively, if you do not want me to upload the commission, inform me at some point during the process. Not after I upload the piece.Do not remove my signature.
If you do not like the spot it is in, I will move it with no charge. Though the signature must remain on the piece in some way.Failure to pay will have you added to a blacklist. Deadlines for payments can be discussed between artist and commissioner.

Communication

I keep commissioners updated by providing previews whenever milestones are hit. I will aim to provide an update weekly.Communication is key.
I always try to reply within the first 24 hours of receiving a message. If you do not respond to me within 24 hours, I will resend the message.
Please do not spam or ask me for frequent updates.We can keep in contact through whatever client's preferred method of communication (Discord, Email, Twitter, etc.)Last minute, major changes will have an up charge depending on the severity.

Ending of Commission

Once a commission has been completed, minor edits within the next 7 days are free.
Upon failure of completing the commission on the artist's part, a full refund will be provided as well as whatever progress was made on the art.
I can cancel a commission whenever I see fit. In this case, read the above.If the client cancels the commission over half way through the progress and refuses to pay at least half of the original price, no art will be provided and I will not work with the commissioner in the future.Failure to respect previous rules and/or the artist can lead to being blacklisted.
